When you receive your medical device with Platinum Service setup and in-person training included, there's no need for you to open the shipment. Your representative will handle that for you and will also check for any potential damage. Rest assured, we are here to ensure everything is in perfect condition for you.
Thank you for your understanding. All of our devices are made to order, which means we do not offer refunds. We only accept returns if a machine arrives defective. Please reach out to our support team if you have any concerns regarding your order.
